Returns Policy

We make every effort to provide our customers with a friendly and efficient service. Should you find a fault on any of our products, please let us know as soon as possible, by e-mail or by phone, and we’ll replace it immediately.

Should you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as you can (before we dispatch it, if possible) and we’ll refund you immediately.

Should you wish to cancel an order after receiving it, we will refund the value of the order and any original delivery costs in full, but we ask that you cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Please contact us within 5 working days, by e-mailing or phoning. Your refund will be processed on receipt of the goods in a saleable condition.

Items offered free or at a discounted rate as part of a promotion cannot be solely returned for refund or exchange. Items bought as part of a promotion can only be refunded or exchanged if the paid, and free or discounted items, are returned together. Where paid items in a promotion are returned but discounted or free items from the same promotion are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct payment for promotional items, at the full retail advertised cost at time of promotion, from any refunds otherwise due.
