Oriel Rhiannon - Y Gornel, am y banc

The Rhiannon Gallery is located within the Rhiannon Centre, which sits at the heart of the small Welsh-speaking town of Tregaron, surrounded by spectacular scenery of Cors Caron and the Cambrian Mountains. Find us here. The Centre offers an outstanding platform to showcase all that is best in Welsh jewellery, the visual arts and crafts. The centre was established in 1971 by Rhiannon Evans, a jewellery designer with an international reputation for her original and unique interpretations of the Welsh and Celtic artistic traditions.

The gallery sits at the core of the Centre and specialises in Welsh and Wales-based artists. The beautifully appointed exhibition spaces offer a show case for the visual arts, and the Gallery’s exhibition programme combines solo and group shows in a variety of media. The Gallery is open during the Centre’s opening hours and you will find a warm and friendly welcome!

Whether you are looking for a first-time one-off purchase or wish to build a collection of Welsh art, the Gallery looks forward to welcoming you.

The Centre contains a range of other attractions. You can watch jewellery being handcrafted by our goldsmiths in silver and gold, using rare and precious Welsh Gold mined a few miles away in north Wales; purchase beautiful items from the craft shop; or relax in the café with its beautiful and secluded courtyard. There is also an opportunity to browse in our Museum of Celtic relics which trace the evolution of the crafts of the Celts through to the present.
