Postage and Delivery

Postage Costs

We charge £10 for postage within the UK; £15 within the EU; and £20 to the rest of the world. All orders within the UK and beyond will be delivered for free.

Delivery

In-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow 5 days for preparation and delivery. Items under £150 ordered within the UK will normally be delivered by Royal Mail 24, and will need to be signed for. UK items over £150 will normally be sent by Royal Mail next day Special Delivery. International deliveries will normally be by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For.

Our last POSTING date for Christmas 2022 orders is 16th December, so please order as early as possible because Royal Mail strikes during the period could have an unpredictable effect on our ability to order materials, hallmark and deliver items. Thank you for your co-operation.

"On Demand" Items

Items that are marked as "available: on demand" are made to order. Production times may be up to 4-6 weeks. For items that have to be ordered in or made to order, please contact us for a delivery estimate.

Out Of Stock Items

Out of stock items can be ordered but lead times may be up to 8 weeks, although some items can still be made available within 1-2 weeks – we will be in touch to keep you updated on progress as it is being made and finished for you.
